Embroider sugar vermicelli with red, blue and green yarn on the icing.
Sew or glue the icing on the top of the head.

Bow tie
In red.
Rnd 1. MR, 2 ch, 3 tr, 3 ch, slst (1st loop), then 2 ch, 3 tr, 3 ch, slst (2nd loop).
Tighten the macig ring. Then wrap the thread around the centre of the MR several times. Sew/ glue the bow tie.

Button (Make 2)
In dark brown.
Rnd 1. MR, 3 sc, then slst to close.
Sew or glue the buttons.

Crochet with red yarn.
Rnd 1. Make chain 11 and crochet 10 sc on it, starting in the second chain from the hook.
Rnd 2-5. ch 1, turn, 10 sc (4 rounds)
Fasten off and cut the yarn. Hide the thread inside.
Thread a needle through the bowtie. Wrap the yarn around the bowtie a few times. Tie a knot.
Sew the bowtie under the head.
Sew the white buttons under it.
