Head

Make a ch 13. Crochet around the ch, starting in 2nd ch from hook.

Change to beige

Collar: take red yarn on the side, in visible FLO of rnd 14 (head down) and crochet:

Make a ch 13. Crochet around the ch, starting in 2nd ch from hook.

Fasten off. Embroider the nose with black thread.

In beige. Make 2 parts per horns

Fasten off the first part. The remaining thread can be used to sew the little hole that can appear in the middle after joining.
Don’t cut the second part, join to the first with 1sc (first of the rnd) and crochet all around both parts of the horns

Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.
